A leading retail chain sought a monitor solution to support its new outdoor self-service kiosk network, which needed to operate reliably under direct sunlight, rain, and other harsh environmental conditions. Our Solution Exeacution

1.High-Brightness Customization

We engineered a spcialized backlight module taht boosted screen brightness to 1500 nits, paired with an anti-reflective optical film to minimize glare. This ensured content remained sharp and readable even under peak sunlight.

2.IP65 Protection Implementation

Our team designed a fully sealed enclosure using splash-proof materials and precision gaskets, achieving IP65-rate protection against water jets and dust ingress. The integrated structural design eliminated weak points, ensuring long-term stability in outdoor conditions.

3.Rigorous Pre-Shipment Testing

Every monitor underwent a battery of tests before delivery, including high/low temperature cycling, water spray simulation, and 72-hour brightness stability checks. This rigorous process guaranteed that each unit could withstand real-world outdoor stressors.

Outcome

The custom monitor were deployed on schedule and have since maintained 99.8% uptime in the field. The client confirmed that the 1500 nits brightness and IP65 protection have completely resovled their outdoor visibility and durability concerns.
